Real estate groupings of which we are part of KM2 Real Estate Services

In KM2 Real Estate Services we have been at your service since 1979, managing spaces for individuals and companies.

Our main vocation is the integral management of the areas of consultancy and advice, administration and marketing in the following sectors: residential, offices, commercial premises and industrial buildings.

KM2’s main areas of services are: commercialization in rental and sale, after-sales and incidents and administration of vertical property estates.

Our real estate portfolio consists of assets in very good condition or new construction located in central areas and / or business areas in the cities of Barcelona and Madrid.

Real estate groups that we are part of

KM2 Real Estate Services is part of a total of four real estate groupings, Agora MLS, BPI Madrid, Immosomni and the Federation of Real Estate Associations.

• Agora MLS

Synonymous with professional real estate cooperation. It is an effective grouping of buying, selling and renting real estate.

It stands for Multiple Listing Service, a system that comes from the United States more than 100 years ago. In Spain it began in 1999 and today there are more than 112 groups that work with an MLS system.

The owner signs with a real estate agency a multiple sale or rental contract, with which the real estate agency shares the management of sale or rental with the rest of the MLS groupings, which will work with him to attract the buyer or tenant.

• BPI Madrid

A Madrid association formed by real estate agents in 2018 with the aim of dignifying the profession of real estate agent. Currently, we are part of more than 120 real estate agents.

Its acronym refers to ”Good Real Estate Practices”, something that we at KM2 want to reflect.

• Immosomni

Real estate MLS grouping created in 2017. It encompasses some of the most commercially efficient and prestigious real estate agencies in Barcelona with the aim of offering a high-level real estate service.

Through the system of sharing between agencies, it provides the properties with the maximum commercial diffusion, maintaining professional rigor, documentary control and complete supervision of any purchase and sale operation.

All the group members work as a team under a strict protocol of action in the sale of properties whose owners have placed their trust in us.

• Federación Asociaciones Inmobiliarias:

Constituted in March 2013 and integrated by a total of 19 real estate associations of autonomous/local scope. It brings together more than 840 Real Estate Agencies and around 3,800 professionals, who share our commitment to collaboration for the benefit of our clients.
