We are very happy to announce that in KM2 we are already part of BPI: Association of Real Estate Agents of Madrid.

At KM2 Real Estate Agency we continue expanding and growing within our sector. This new adventure leads us to promote and immerse ourselves even more in the fantastic Madrid real estate market.

What is BPI Madrid?

BPI is the Association of Good Real Estate Practices of Madrid (Buenas Practicas Inmobiliarias). Agents who are committed to provide quality services in the defence of the interests of consumers and users.

The association was founded in 2018 and is made up of agents with proven experience. Great professionals whose objective is to dignify the real estate agent profession and add value to its operational processes, always focusing on the interests of its clients.

Currently, the association is made up of more than 120 agents from companies registered in the Registry of Real Estate Agents of the Community of Madrid (RAIN).

¿What does it mean to be part of the BPI?

As pointed out by the Association of Real Estate Agents of Madrid: “The strength of our associative model is based on the long experience of the majority of its members, on their generous availability, knowledge and resources. The selection of each associate is based on personal and professional values”.

The key to its success? A model based on the quality of its members. A factor that has allowed the creation of an organized, powerful and highly respected association in the sector.

Meeting of KM2 with BPI Madrid

Last week we were lucky enough to attend a meeting in Madrid with some of the members of the association.

A fantastic day where we enjoyed a nice networking meal. In addition, we took the opportunity to meet new Homestaging providers and discuss current affairs in the real estate sector.

KM2 Real Estate Services has become part of four groups of agencies: Agora MLS, Immosomni, FAI and, recently, BPI Madrid.

It is an honour to be part of different networks of real estate agencies that add up to a total of 100 agencies and 6000 professionals, covering all Spain and in particular, Barcelona and Madrid.
