Barcelona metropolitan area: leading in demand

In the case of Barcelona, Hospitalet de Llobregat is positioned as the most demanded locality in the country. This municipality – thanks to its proximity to the Catalan capital and its excellent connectivity – has become one of the first options for tenants. It is followed by:

  1. Terrassa.
  2. Sabadell.
  3. Badalona.

Beyond these cities, the Barcelona periphery also includes municipalities such as Sant Cugat del Vallés, Castelldefels, Vilanova y la Geltrú and Sitges. These locations combine:
