The 2021 marketing results of our real estate agency in Barcelona and Madrid

We want to dedicate our first post of the year to share with you the marketing results that KM2, our real estate agency in Barcelona and Madrid, has obtained in 2021.

We are happy to announce that at KM2 Real Estate Services we keep growing and providing value to our clients, thanks to the efforts of our commercial and property management departments.

A fact backed up by our exceed expectations regardless of the uncertainty that raised due to the pandemic.

These have been our successes of 2021

1. Commercial department

During the course of last year, in the Commercial Department:

• We have successfully advised 170 rent and sale operations.

• We have carried out 135 rental operations between Barcelona and Madrid. 60% of these operations have been advice on the rental of homes with a monthly rent between €900/month and €1,600/month.

• We have executed 35 sales operations between Barcelona and Madrid. 50% of the total operations have been homes in a sales price range between €400,000 and €800,000.

2. Property Management department

In the Property Management department at KM2:

• We have managed a total area of 135,000m2.

• We have managed an asset with a value of €520,000,000.

• 165 clients have trusted us.

• We have closed the year with a payment default rate of only 0.025%.

We continue to work with great enthusiasm so that in 2022 we can continue to reap successes!
