    Individuals/families who meet the following requirements will have the possibility of accessing this type of rental of Limited Price Public Protection Housing (VPPL):

    • Families of 1 or 2 members with gross annual income< 74.143,13 €.
    • Families of 3 members with gross annual income < 76.436,21 €.
    • Families of 4 members with gross annual income < 79.723,79 €.

    In addition, it is necessary that interested parties comply with the following:

    • Have Spanish nationality or be a resident in Spain
    • Be of legal age or emancipated minor.
    • No member of the family unit can be the owner of another dwelling in national territory
    • The housing must be destined to habitual residence
    • The rate of effort of the rent < 30%.

    The building and facades

    The new building on Plot M-3 of the P.P. “SOTO DEL HENARES” TORREJÓN DE ARDOZ (MADRID). The basement floors are used for storage rooms and parking spaces. The vehicle access has an automatic timed door with remote control.

    Exposed brick with waterproof mortar-based rendered soffit. Air chamber with insulation and modular interior partition wall with laminated plaster cladding. Therefore, depending on the orientation, the properties of solar gain, solar protection and insulation will be combined and accentuated in one direction or another.

    The separation walls between dwellings are composed of half-foot walls of sound-resistant brick, lined on both sides with modular self-supporting laminated plasterboard, including inside the necessary insulation to, depending on their situation, comply with current regulations.
